Hardware Developer - Power Electronics / Switching Power Supplies (m/f/d)

You design and develop controlled switching power supplies as well as server power supplies from 3 kW to 18 kW for various industrial applications. You will start the complete product documentation from the design to the series, including schematics, layouts (e.g. with Pulsonix) and piece lists. You verify prototypes and pre-series patterns, develop concepts for function tests and automate test procedures with tools like LabVIEW and Python. In close coordination with the development offices in Romania and Radeberg, as well as the purchase, you will find the project and product costs. You accompany the introduction of new products into production and support technical circuit analyses and repairs.

You have a degree in the field of electronics, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline. You bring well-founded knowledge of power electronics, especially in the design of switching power supplies, AC/DC and DC/DC converters. You have already gained practical experience with common measurement and verification methods in hardware development. You are safe in handling E-CAD software (e.g. Pulsonix) as well as tools like LabVIEW and ideally bring programming knowledge to Python. As a communication-strong and team-capable personality, you can work at the interface to other departments and external partners. You will certainly communicate in German and English in word and writing.
