Trainee Engineering Maintenance Wastewater Networks (m/f/d)

In our 18-month trainee program, we will specifically qualify you for the role as an engineer (w/m/d) with the focus on maintenance wastewater networks. You will acquire well-founded knowledge in the field of planning, procurement and construction monitoring of OOWV wastewater networks. During the trainee program you will also get exciting insights into other departments to understand relationships and develop your own know-how. After successful completion of the trainee program, you will be used as an engineer (w/m/d) wastewater technology networks at the OOWV. You support our engineers (w/m/d) in maintenance and refurbishment measures in the channel network and in special constructions With increasing expertise, you increasingly take responsibility for the independent implementation of maintenance projects on the channel network and work closely with your mentor (w/m/d) You identify and analyze relevant topics, derive action fields from them and continue to process them independently. You prepare your results in structured evaluations and presentations You take part in further education and continuously develop their expertise. By sharing with your manager, your mentor (w/m/d) and the departments, you will get to know the company structures and link your expertise to the practical application.

You have a degree in engineering or are close to their completion (complete study is a prerequisite for recruitment) Ideally, you bring knowledge in the field of civil engineering, sewer construction or project planning from working student activities or internships with You are motivated to continuously develop your professional knowledge and personal and social skills within the framework of a trainee program. Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP and a secure handling of MS Office applications. As part of your studies, you have built up skills in conceptual thinking, organizational ability and self-management skills. You have good expressive and rhetoric skills as well as knowledge of German at least at language level B2. You have a class B licence.
