· Coordination and determination of the daily closing including cash register

· professional support of employees

Kreiskasse Mainz-Bingen is the central point of contact for all payment transactions of the district Mainz-Bingen. Its task is both to receive deposits and to carry out payouts. In addition, it is responsible for the management of the cash register and for the provision of open claims.

In this position, within a small, dedicated team, you will take over the booking of the day-to-day completion as well as tasks as part of the annual financial statements.

We are looking for a reliable, motivated personality with a strong understanding of numbers and the willingness to work independently and carefully in these areas.

· successfully completed training to/for administrative staff (m/w/d) or completed first employee training and the willingness to continue training through participation in the second employee training course

· Security in dealing with office applications and knowledge in financial software mpsNF are desirable
