You support our team in the processing, testing and optimization of operating expenses and thus actively contribute to efficient and professional real estate management. You process and check operating expenses for real estate objects You control and analyze operating expenses and invoices You take care and management of cost and object data You check the transferability of costs according to rental contracts and legal requirements You support the creation and processing of operating expenses You communicate with tenants, service providers, suppliers and internal contact persons You process queries and clarify differences in operating costs You support the optimization of processes in operating costs management
