We are looking for an Insights Consultant (w/m/d) at one of our locations in Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Nuremberg or Frankfurt to strengthen our Customer Experience Team. Your tasks You work on the design, organization and implementation of CX projects. You take over project management and project-related customer management. You coordinate internal service providers independently. You carry out data analysis. You support the reporting of the results, including the creation of summaries and recommendations, as well as customer advice. You participate in customer presentations. You cooperate effectively in teamwork within the global Ipsos network. You work independently, solution-oriented and customer-oriented. Your profile You have completed university studies, preferably in economics with a focus on marketing/market research, in social sciences, psychology, communication sciences or a similar field. You have interest and fun in the subject of customer experience and work with data. You bring first professional experience in market research. You have already gained first experience in coordinating projects. You are passionate about AI topics and have first application experiences. You're drawing yourself through communication joy. Your analytical and conceptual thinking is very pronounced. You are team-ready, careful and resilient. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
