Building Technician - Property Management / Vehicle Fleet (m/f/d)

You monitor the order, cleanliness and traffic safety as well as control the overall state of the main administration and adjacent buildings You carry out regular excursions and daily tours around the main administration and adjacent buildings You coordinate and support the company's own cleaning staff as well as the company's own gardener in the care of indoor and outdoor facilities You carry out minor repairs and maintenance work and initiate necessary follow-up measures You enter and manage the fleet (floor management), in particular you coordinate maintenance, repair and TÜV appointments and accompany vehicle return and transfer in the leasing area in cooperation with the commercial fleet manager You control technical equipment and consumables including reading and documentation You take driving services and make purchases as well as the distribution of purchased goods You manage material and inventory and create tools and resources You coordinate and manage external service providers, crafts and gardening companies You support general operational and organisational tasks of the administration, and you would like to adopt additional functions, such as safety officers or water protection officers

You have completed crafts, technical or comparable vocational training You bring well-founded professional experience as a master, object supervisor, building manager, building service technician (m/w/d) or in a similar activity with You have certain knowledge of German (at least C1 level) You have craftsmanship as well as technical understanding for buildings, technical installations and vehicles You work independently, reliable and responsible You have organizational talent and service orientation in dealing with service providers:inside, client:inside You are sure to use digital tools (smartphone, tablet and PC) You own a class BE license You are ready for seasonal operations on the object, e.g. Winter service You are team-ready, flexible and show high commitment You would like to have knowledge of fleet management and additional qualifications (e.g. as a safety officer, fire protection officer or water protection officer (m/w/d)
