For our location in Cologne, we are looking for reinforcement to support our payroll accounting in the holistic project development of condominiums.

Tasks of the role

Demanding and attractive – your tasks can be seen. You carefully place master data in DATEV wages and salary and keep them up to date. You bring our wage accounting to the next digital level – Personio is your central tool. You create meaningful sample bills and keep every detail in mind. Whether final or test – payrolls for around 120 employees of the wvm group are your responsibility. You can process social insurance reports reliably and on time. You are the central contact person for our employees as well as for tax advice and audits – including complete documentation. At the end of the year, you will provide the optimal overview of the wage and salary accounts. You work closely with internal accounting – teamwork at eye level.

You are created for this place – your profile fits perfectly. You have a completed commercial training. You have your training or training on the payroll holder successfully completed to the payroll holder – this is a central criterion for this position. You have several years of experience in wage accounting and know exactly what it takes. DATEV wages and salary are sure – ideally you have already worked with Personio. Excel is natural for you – MS Office is your daily work environment. You bring a pronounced understanding of service and address tasks with a positive attitude.
