The team of the P&C Strategic Partners advises and supports managers in strategic issues as well as in all operational HR topics and measures. Through a customer- and solution-oriented way of working, we align our personal work with the business requirements. Through our wide range of tasks - we offer you as a working student: the opportunity to gain experiences in the P&C Strategic Partners team.

Immatriculated Studies in Economics/Human Resources Passion for personnel topics Practical experience through internships or work studies in the area People & Culture / HR, ideally in operative candidate management Quick conception, pronounced customer orientation - You keep a cool head even in difficult situations Target-oriented & structured working, coupled with team skills & communication strength Fun at a dynamic working environment, Hands-On-Menatility & high motivation Safe handling of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) Very good German knowledge (forced necessary) and very good English knowledge Office presence on at least one day per week (remote possibility on the remaining days)
