For our customers, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible warehouse manager (m/w/d), who manages warehouse logistics efficiently with a strong organizational talent and leadership skills and thus ensures a smooth running of the logistics processes.

Take this with you:

• Responsibility for active process development
• a good numerical understanding to analyze and optimize key figures such as commissions per hour, storage losses or throughput times
• Communication strength in the team and in exchange with our customers
• Motivation to introduce and implement unconventional ideas

Your future tasks:

• control and optimize the entire storage area (storage & filling with currently approx. 13tm2)
• Team management of currently about 10 people
• Loading of our warehouses, the flow of goods and the timely commissioning
• develop innovative solutions, e.g. for a flexible pick-up warehouse or a smart dashboard for our customers and the team
• Support consolidation, plan equipment and ensure a smooth start
