With your experience from the management consulting and your project/program responsibility in the retail and/or consumer goods environment, you develop solutions together with our customers: from target architecture to measurable implementation. You run teams along the entire value chain and control stakeholders at all levels. In terms of content, your portfolio ranges from end-to-end supply chain optimization (planning, procurement, production, distribution) to network/footprint design and inventory/service level optimization to operating model and process transformations (S&OP/IBP, planning integration, performance management). shape the future.
