Coordination, motivation and further development of the audience service team during the events Responsibility for billing the daily revenues of bars, wardrobes, merchandise and other sales outlets Ensuring a professional gastronomic service at the theatre foyer Direct guest contact and guest relations management during the events Operation planning and preparation of work Control and administration of working hours Regular implementation of internal service training to further develop the team You bring new colleagues to their tasks, have an open ear for your team and continuously develop it with a special focus on service competence and hospitality.
