You work closely with the business/area management and calculate any construction performance of the building. You will appreciate the estimated costs for the construction projects incl. Analysis of construction plans, specifications, etc. to determine the material, labor and equipment costs and other expenditure. In addition, you support the management or Area management for all tasks from order acquisition to order assignment. Keep in close contact with clients, suppliers and subcontractors and maintain these relationships. You also identify risks and uncertainties related to the costs of a construction project and develop risk mitigation strategies. You are also responsible for the tendering and awarding of post-contractors and are working on alternative proposals and secondary offers. You calculate follow-up offers and conduct the corresponding follow-up negotiations in coordination with the project execution. For processed orders, create post-calculations.

You have a successfully completed civil engineering degree or a completed industrial training with further training to the technician (m/w/d), or master (m/w/d) from the field of the building industry. In addition, you can look at a multi-year professional experience in the project and/or Construction or in a comparable position. You will also bring experience in the calculation of turnkey construction projects. You are IT-affin and safe to use common, industry-standard software applications for budgeting and cost estimation including Excel, costing software and project management tools. Your strengths include pronounced analytical and mathematical skills as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
