As a technical program manager (m/w/d) in the field of flight simulation, you are responsible for the technical leadership of the technical development team and, through your experience in managing technical programs and your passion for innovation and technology, contribute significantly to the success of our company. Become part of a motivated, international team and develop innovative training simulators such as Full Flight Simulators Level-D, Rear Crew training systems for military transport aircraft, ground crew training solutions and many more exciting products. Your duties include: Responsibility for the creation of concepts for systems and subsystems to the implementation of system integration and fault detection Implementation of the technical offer presentation and negotiations of technical content to local customers Implementation of technical risk management Responsible representation of the project internally and externally Control of progress and cash flow Planning and implementation of internal and external decreases Control of suppliers and subcontractors Implementation of reporting and presentation of development results in project status meetings

Complete technical studies Extensive professional experience in a system engineering department Long-standing experience in the technical management of projects of (military) flight simulation English knowledge in word and writing, in particular English High intercultural competence Global readiness
