Responsible for recruiting specialists and executives for the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on employee transfer Circuit of job advertisements and guidance of selection talks via teams and on site Active search for matching candidates on different portals Participation in trade fairs for talent acquisition and development of innovative recruiting strategies Support in employee support, where you are contact person for new employees and take over the onboarding of new colleagues Participation in development talks Participation in administration and process design with creative ideas

Completed studies or training in personnel with a focus on recruiting or comparable qualification First experience in recruiting, ideally in the service sector through internships or a student work knowledge of applicant management systems such as onlyfy and recruiting tools such as Xing Talent Manager, as well as IT affinity Fun at recruiting and pronounced communicative skills Opened, hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving competence Humor, team spirit and the ability to look not only at the edge of the plate Target group-oriented communication in German and English
