Insolvency clerk (m/f/d)

Independent processing and supervision of insolvency proceedings in the company and private sector, in particular with regard to estate proceedings. Accompanying the procedures from the opening to the conclusion and guarantee of a structured process processing. Communication with creditors, debtors, courts and authorities. Compilation of reports, overviews and settlements and careful documentation of the procedures. Monitoring of deadlines and repositories. Support of the process management in the processing of complex facts and, if necessary, direct contact on site. Participation in the continuation of companies during insolvency proceedings.

Successfully completed training in the legal or commercial field, as an alternative degree as an economic lawyer (gn). Ideally, professional experience in insolvency administration and familiar handling of the relevant procedures. Interest in the processing of estate behaviour and willingness to develop professionally in this area. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with relevant specialist applications. Independent, structured and reliable operation. High sense of responsibility and joy in collegial cooperation in the team.
