In our Rostock office, a ten-headed team awaits you, looking forward to your support. Your working hours will be more flexible from 8 to 16 hours, after individual consultation. After your incorporation, you can approx. 50% mobile work.

Your new role

You communicate with our customers to open receivables, meet your own decisions within your payment agreement area and ensure their implementation and tracking You are the first contact person for your customer presence and act as an interface to our internal departments and external service providers You are in contact with your customer base in writing and by phone to clarify the open demands and customer requests You regularly process reminders, transfers of claims to our business partners (e.g. debt collection or attorney office) and monitors payment receipts and deadlines

Commercial experience: You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector - first experiences in financial or accounting are desirable Customer orientation: You are open-minded and proves feeling and empathy in handling customers Organised: You draw your attention through a self-sponsored, thorough working style and enforcement ability Digital environment: You are practiced in dealing with current MS Office applications Communication strength: You bring a professional expression in oral and written communication with
