Teamleiter (m/w/d) We are looking for you as a team leader (m/w/d) contribution assessment – health insurance for our contribution and receivable center in Hannover. As a conceptually strong and analytically thinking leader, you take over the personnel responsibility for a 14-person team. In an exciting phase of change with an upcoming system transition, your team will surely accompany you through this change. This brings you the necessary flexibility to successfully implement new topics and processes. Whether with a completed training on social security specialist (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) in the healthcare sector or comparable qualification – you are welcome with us. You have multi-year leadership experience in a comparable position, ideally within a statutory health insurance or in another commercial area. In your baggage, in addition to a good enforcement capability and high commitment, you have strong competencies in communication and moderation. You know how to effectively use your economic and strategic work to ensure a high target and result orientation.
