Your tasks

• You are responsible for ensuring the legal operator's obligations and the organisation and coordination of the required maintenance, expertise and expert examinations. This task is rounded off by ensuring that all services are executed, documented and controlled in a safe manner.
• For our different properties, you take the holistic object management in the facility management and the associated organization of services in the technical, infrastructure and commercial areas.
• You will not only be involved in the creation and testing of technical and infrastructural management concepts, but also in the optimization of our cross-departmental cooperation within our real estate team, so that we develop together with you.
• You are responsible for our reconstruction projects and maintenance measures, project management, construction management and coordination of specialist planners and executive companies and thus provide an accompanying quality assurance including: Warranty management safe.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of engineering, real estate management, facility management or a comparable technical qualification, for example as a master/technician (w/m/d)
• You ideally bring multi-year professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
• You have experience in the independent control of external FM service providers
• You convince by a perfect planning and organizational talent as well as responsible enforcement
• You work holistic, structured and like to take responsibility
• You are team capable and have a customer-oriented appearance
• You are routined in dealing with MS - Office applications and already have first experiences with SAP
