An exciting, challenging and above all varied training awaits you! Cooking / cooks are the pleasure experts and allrounders in the kitchen. The preparation of food and menus is your core task. To do this, you are going through the different items of a kitchen. But also storage, flows of goods, calculations and economic thinking will teach you, as well as current food trends, health and consumer protection. Quality and guest wishes are always in sight and work together with the service. Your practically acquired knowledge is supplemented with the content from the vocational school. After training, you will see the entire kitchen area and can work in each of the items and take responsibility.
