You: are the key contact person: for the Würth Group companies to project requests in our portfolio with focus on Atlassian JIRA, JIRA Service Management and Confluence. assumes the role of the Portfolio Manager for these priorities, conducts initial consulting and preliminary discussions and organizes the implementation roadmap. guides IT projects from planning to implementation and works closely with the teams of departments to accompany the introduction of solutions. is responsible for customer support and support during the project duration and ensures that users are optimally supported.
