Support for opening and expanding a new business area Professional and disciplinary leadership of the subordinate employees incl. Staff deployment planning Ensuring the productive day targets in the required efficiency and quality Safeguarding and monitoring of safety and hygiene regulations Compliance with processes, CID requirements (audit) and KPI's Communication with direct superiors, colleagues and externals (e.g. customers) Instruction and coaching of employees Continuous participation in improvement measures Leading employee/personal development talks Creation and updating of statistics and inventory management

Completed vocational training in the logistical sector of advantage Team and leadership skills and social competence Organisational capacity and high sense of responsibility Loadability and enforcement strength Flexibility and readiness for shiftwork Self-motivation and success Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as user knowledge in English Knowledge of how to use MS Office programs
