Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

For over 50 years, our client has been an international producer and supplier of added value solutions for the filling and packaging of milk, dairy products, Fruit juices and liqueurs. With its presence, it has been good for many years in European and non-European markets established. The core competencies and success of the company are essential through technological know-how, Quality, great flexibility and a high service orientation. To expand its business relations in the DACH countries, preferably based in Northern Germany, we are looking for you as a service technician for a direct setting at our Clients.

● Installation and commissioning of plants and machines ● Implementation of planned maintenance work and performance monitoring ● Provide remote support by phone in case of malfunctions ● Direct support on site if the problem cannot be solved by phone ● Training of service specialists on machines ● Identification of problems and provision of solutions (if necessary with support the Helpdesk team in Italy) • forwarding of local problems to the company (e.g. R&D team to improve new product versions)

● Background in electrical engineering or mechanics ● Experience in the provision of technical external services, troubleshooting and repairs on site of electrical/mechanical equipment in the Dairy and Beverage Industry ● Programming of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) ● German citizenship and German mother tongue ● Good knowledge of English ● Ready to travel 70% (customer visits and support in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and, where appropriate, other countries outside Europe, as required by the service department in Italy) ● Ability to work under pressure, team-oriented and flexible ● Embossed skills in handling customers and self-confident appearance in Customer contact
