You are responsible for receiving, describing and prioritizing requirements and identify optimization options in existing processes and develop suitable solutions. The close cooperation with developers to implement and transfer solutions to the company is one of your tasks. To do this, you are in close contact with end users to understand their needs, to collect feedback and to align the development of the product. You moderate the company's ELO community and promote knowledge sharing.You work in an agile working environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and actively support the team.You are responsible for supporting the specialist departments in the introduction of new processes and tools. You translate requirements into technical concepts and support the developers in the implementation and participate in the definition and monitoring of KPIs for success measurement. You ensure a stable and secure operation of the ECM system, develop analyses and concepts and release them. Of course, you will first get to know our products and internal processes. Ideally, you will bring a completed study in the field of Business Informatics / Business Administration (preferably with a focus on financial management and controlling) and have several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of IT. You have excellent analytical and organizational skills, bring a high degree of reliability and self-responsibility and think and trade customer-oriented. You have very good knowledge of ECM systems, preferably ELO and good knowledge of Microsoft 365.Programming skills are desirable and experience in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM are beneficial. You have an exceptionally high problem-solving competence, have very good communication and presentation skills and can analyze and visualize complex facts and situations. You can creatively fill your great design playroom – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. Eye height is your favorite language. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
