The Defence & Security division is particularly committed to the armed forces and is regarded as a recognised technical service provider at national and international level – in the design of solutions, the support of analysis, development and implementation projects and the provision of services. The use of the electromagnetic spectrum is a key area of modern military capabilities. In the context of increasing complexity, networked operations and hybrid threats, we work together with our customers to create solutions for tomorrow. Planning, management and control of complex projects in the field of electronic fighting management (EloKa), specialist management, the staff assigned to the projects: Responsibility for content, time, costs and quality in project implementation Development and evaluation of conceptual solution approaches to skills development EloKa Central role at the interface to customers Advising national and multinational customers, in particular in the context of GB BMVg, NATO and EU Analysis of relevant threats and derivation of skill gaps with the EloKa area Representation of IABG with customers, partners and specialist bodies Identification of customer needs and active support in the acquisition of new projects

Completed studies in news technology or comparable Multiannual experience in the field of electronic fighting, ideally in connection with procurement (BAAINBw) and/or in multinational programs (e.g. NATO, EU) Funded knowledge of military processes, structures and decision-making – ideally with military background EloKa Ability to structured analysis of complex relationships and convincing communication, high level of team capacity, self-responsibility, willingness to design and willingness to decide Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ready for occasional business trips and temporary activity at the customer's premises
