At our Leipzig site we are looking for you for the training period from 2.5 to 3 years from 1. August 2025! Already from the first day you will receive “backwind” from us for a motivated and successful start to your training. The company-wide “You” is just a small part of our corporate culture that will make it easy for you to start with us. As part of our team, you work independently and support topics related to the management and organisation of economic workflows. In doing so, you take administrative activities as assistance and prove your organizational talent. In addition, you will get insights into the event management. You support your team on three days of the week and visit the vocational school on two days. During your training, your personal mentor will accompany you.

Future activities: A shortening to 2.5 years is possible in the case of good practice. The aim of the training is to take part in an independent employment relationship. Financial independence: You will receive a training allowance of € 1,200 in the first year of training. Environment We will provide you with 100 EUR gross, which can be used in the public transport sector and in the public transport sector.
