You process and coordinate independently defined project operations in the course of the repair process of the SPz PUMA and the weapons stations FLW100/200 Coordination and implementation of project-related tasks are carried out in close cooperation with the project-based specialist departments You support administrative and organisational activities in the project environment Close cooperation with internal departments and external interfaces is part of everyday work Creation, testing and maintenance of project documents and data in the system (SAP) are ensured You analyze and prepare project information and create regular reports Monitoring of relevant project key figures and early identification and communication of deviations take place continuously Examination of invoices, registration of bookings and guaranteeing formal accuracy is accepted You compile accounting documents and documentation and examine them Support for calculations and for upstream and downstream price checks is guaranteed Participation in the organisation of transports and exports taking into account legal requirements is continuously

You have a successful completion of at least three years of commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management or in adjacent topics You have a good technical understanding that supports the processing of complex repair processes Good SAP knowledge and good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, are assumed Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
