Training Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for you for the School Administration Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The body shall be occupied in part-time (50 %) and indefinitely by 01.09.2025 at the latest. We are looking for applicants who support the trainees, Stuttgart vocational schools and training establishments with organisational and coordinating activities to strengthen the training relationship. A central component is to organize accurate language support offers and to adapt them to the training courses and language skills of the new trainers. It is an interesting and versatile workplace at Hedwig-Dohm-Schule (Hedwig-Dohm-Str. 3, 70191 Stuttgart).

Collection of the basic support needs of trainees and subsequent placement of appropriate offers in consultation with all relevant actors Organisation of professional language courses at vocational schools in cooperation with these, language courses, school-leaving and training establishments Harmonization of language courses with the respective courses Networking between training establishments, vocational schools, chambers and, where appropriate, the Employment Agency and the Job Centre Planning and implementation of regular network meetings with vocational school teachers, youth workers, school management at vocational schools and all participants in the training relationship organisational support for trainees (e.g. for exemption from training) as well as advice for trainees with German language difficulties for individual solution finding and, if necessary, continuous support for trainees over the training year

University degree in the field of social education, human resources management, administrative sciences or a comparable degree Experiences or qualifications in the field of language promotion and the implementation of language courses are advantageous pronounced social and educational competence, communication skills and a safe and friendly occurrence a pronounced organisational capacity, self-initiative and self-employment good cooperation, sense of responsibility and empathy Detection of mackerel protection is required (starting 1971)
