European Customs & Compliance Manager (job for all genders)

You are responsible for our compliance issues concerning foreign trade and customs processing in our European business unit with your team You monitor potential risks regularly and systematically by using the Regulatorik IT tool-assisted and advising our entities competently and as effectively as possible In addition to compliance, export and customs regulations, you also have sales tax constellations in cross-border logistics and supply chain Leadership: You carry out our European Customs and Foreign Trade team solution-oriented, develop individually and collaboratively and enable collaboration at interfaces with our stakeholders

You bring multi-year custom-and-trade experience with your successfully completed studies and, if necessary, a suitable training – nice-to-have: Matrix organization with foreign companies You have already taken technical responsibility and would like to take responsibility for a team in terms of achievement, methodology and further development – nice-to-have: disciplinary leadership experience In the international compliance setting of a producing company, you can solve your structured work including: Bringing risk management We would like to communicate openly with you in German as well as English (both very good or B2/C1) and benefit from your open communication skills in cooperation
