Your duties

• Precise weighing of raw ingredients
• Production of doughs with modern kneading machines
• Cleaning of equipment and machinery
• Monitoring and compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Documentation of production steps
• Working with product development and optimization

Our requirements

• Experience in dough production and quality control
• knowledge of common hygiene regulations, e.g. HACCP
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Very good German knowledge of C2 level
• Physical resilience and high commitment
• Self-employed, careful and team-oriented work
