Your tasks

• You strengthen our service-oriented support area "IT Service Management" and become one of our "Process Manager" (m/w/d) in the company
• As a Process Manager - Event Management (m/w/d), you are responsible for the process for event management based on ITIL
• You are contact for our more than 30 local event managers in the national companies. Together, their optimization proposals for operational processes, processes and the ServiceNow tool develop
• You take over the project management in implementing process improvements and developing ServiceNow
• You are a consultant and key contact for event management across groups
• You analyze the event management process across the company with the help of key figures and reporting, ensuring operational excellence
• You work closely with the incident, problem, monitoring and knowledge management, together you strive to minimise the disorder volume
• You build your network within the Black IT, the Lidl and Kaufland national companies and the other savings
• You motivate and inspire our IT colleagues for event management

Your profile

• Your IT training or your study of (economic) computer science allows you to start with us
• Your first experience in coordinating an event management is important to us
• Ideally, you have completed the ITIL Foundation and the Create, Deliver & Support certification if we don't support you
• Thanks to your very good knowledge of German and English, you can master our international work environment effortlessly
• Your ServiceNow platform knowledge is beneficial
• Your high motivation, innovative and solution-oriented ideas, professional appearance, good communication and presentation skills, as well as organizational ability will help you work everyday
