You work independently and in close cooperation with your colleagues as well as other interfaces (filials, production) and contribute to the transparency of stocks, costs and key figures.

Care and quality assurance of our goods management system Optiback 2 in Procurement Commercial accompaniment of inventory Controlling KPI’s in close coordination with branches and production Reporting and creation of ad-hoc evaluations Cooperation with optimization projects in the field of goods management Examination, processing and settlement of orders, shipping documents and invoices Accounting of branches and central administrative tasks

Closed commercial training (e.g. office man/wife, industrial man/wife) or comparable qualification Knowledge of accounting (required) First to well-founded experience in handling goods management systems Secure application of MS Office, especially Excel; ideally knowledge in SAP FI/CO and MS Power BI Analytical way of thinking, structured work and cost awareness Embossed service orientation, team skills and communication strength Self-working, hand-on mentality and reliability
