Project Manager Sales - Interim Management / Customer Acquisition / Contract Negotiation (m/w/d)

We are a service provider specialized in interim managers – for all industries and leadership tasks, nationally and internationally. Interim Managers are highly qualified executives who are involved in project-related and time-limited operations with well-known companies. Our customers are mainly medium-sized companies and companies from the German-speaking countries. We are in direct contact with decision-makers from the economy. You conduct detailed training talks with your customers and help you understand and solve your specific starting and/or problem situation. You're looking for suitable Interim Managers in our network and you're planning to create customised offers for the customer. Even after conclusion of the contract, you will remain contact for the customer and build long-term customer relationships. You use our Salesforce CRM system to document all information and news in the daily business.

You ideally have a Bachelor/Master degree in Business or Economics or a comparable degree. Cross-comers are also welcome. You could already gain first professional experience in recruiting and/or sales, also as part of a working student activity. You're puncturing through your communications talent, talking to people is your thing. You are a team player through and through - without you, the team lacks something!
