Looking for a varied activity in production? As a production worker (m/w/d) in Rastede, you are responsible for the smooth functioning of our production facilities. Your task is crucial to ensuring an optimized production process while you are aware that quality and efficiency are at the focus of your work. Whether maintenance, installation or fine adjustment of machines – your application contributes directly to success.

• Monitor the ongoing production process and eliminate minor disturbances.
• Set up machines and plants and optimise their settings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards through regular checks.
• Run maintenance work and document it according to the specifications.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure trouble-free production.
• Get accurate documentation of all relevant production data.
• Supports you with the incorporation of new team members into the operation of machines and equipment.
• Help to optimize work processes by introducing suggestions for improvement.

We are looking for

You are motivated to become part of a dedicated team and bring the necessary skills to successfully take over this responsible position. Your expertise and commitment form the basis for success in this role.

• You have completed vocational training, ideally as a machine and plant leader or in a comparable area.
• You can look back on several years of professional experience in plant management or production.
• You have technical understanding and experience in handling different machines.
• You bring problem-solving skills and a quick understanding.
• You are ready for shiftwork and show flexibility in everyday work.
• You can certainly master the German language in word and writing.
• You ideally have basic knowledge of occupational safety and quality assurance.
• You like to work in the team and show a high degree of self-initiative.
