With a value-adding, reliable and solution-oriented way, you provide positive service experiences and support customers with their concerns competently and at eye level. For our market Dresden, starting from the site Königstraße 26, 01097 Dresden, we are looking for you as Consultant*in Customer Dialogue (w/m/div)

As the first respondent, you accompany our customers friendly, competent and solution-oriented around all their concerns. You process customer-centric, reliable and as close as possible. With your appearance and working methods, you will contribute to an excellent customer experience and high service quality. If a request requires further expertise, you will ensure a qualified transfer to specialised teams. A proper and careful processing of all relevant processes is of course yours. In cooperation with internal colleagues, you support sales activities and ensure a smooth exchange. In addition, you help our customers use digital offers more secure and independent.

You have a successfully completed, preferably commercial training or first experience in banking. Dealing with people makes you happy and an appreciation service is of course for you.
