As a production employee (m/w/d) in the foundry in Nordwalde, you work directly on modern die casting systems and ensure that high-quality castings are manufactured reliably and in consistent quality. This allows you to take responsibility for a smooth plant operation and a clean production process. In your working day, you serve the die casting plant in different operating modes and pay attention to the quality of the parts as well as the condition of the plant.

• Operation of die casting system in automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation
• Restart of the plant after standstills and safe shutdown if necessary
• Online deburring and visual control of the manufactured castings
• Daily cleaning and easy maintenance of the casting cell
• Collection of work, results and disturbances in the layer protocol

We are looking for

Interest in technology, care and a structured way of working are important for this activity – a suitable training is advantageous, but motivated cross-comers can be incorporated step by step.

• A completed training in industry or craft, preferably in the metal sector, is desirable
• Alternative: first experience in production or Machine operation or a pronounced readiness to learn as a cross-release
• Certain, quality-oriented working methods and good technical understanding
• readiness for shift work and reliable documentation of processes
