Manager Transfer Pricing (m/f/d)

You advise our national and international clients on complex issues of billing prices and international profit-sharing. You plan, design, implement and document settlement price systems for goods, services, financing and intangible values. You tax projects from analysis to professional development to timely implementation and stay central to our clients. You are responsible for functional and risk analysis, value chain analysis, economic evaluations, benchmarking and financial modeling. You accompany cross-border restructuring, changes in business models and the further development of existing settlement price guidelines. You represent clients in audits and assist in dispute settlement procedures and in the preparation of APA and MAP procedures. You coordinate international projects with colleagues from the Crowe Global Network. You carry on and develop younger team members professionally and ensure the quality of the work results. You will be able to further develop our consulting offer and recognize additional consulting needs for existing and new clients.

You have a successfully completed study of business or economics, ideally with a focus on taxes, finance, controlling or economics, preferably on master level or with doctorate - or a comparable qualification; a tax consultant exam is welcome, but no requirement. You have at least five years of professional experience in transfer pricing and are familiar with demanding national and international mandates. You have well-founded knowledge in the creation and defence of billing price documentation as well as in economic analyses. You can quickly capture complex economic and tax relationships and solve them in practice. You are happy to work independently, take responsibility and drive projects actively. You trade business-oriented, recognize counseling opportunities and shape client relationships in the long term and confidently. You work structured, binding and solution-oriented – even in complex issues and parallel projects. You are delighted to share knowledge, to lead colleagues and to strengthen teams professionally. You communicate fluently in German and English in word and writing.

Our Stuttgart site was opened in 2013. Today, about 40 colleagues work here. The RWT areas are auditing, tax advice, law firm and IT consulting. We can be reached in the middle of the city and with a short walk from the main railway station. Numerous restaurants and excursions are available and the Königstraße with a wide selection of shopping and leisure facilities can be reached on foot or by metro. .
