Advice and support of the departments in all questions about recruiting Planning, coordination and operational implementation of recruiting services Creation and publication of targeted job advertisements on suitable platforms Analysis and Processing of Recruiting Key Figures for the Evaluation and Development of Our Activities Conception and maintenance of information and training materials for departments and internal target groups

Completed degree in the field of BWL / Marketing / Personnel or comparable training Professional experience in recruiting, ideally in public service or hospital environment First knowledge about e-recruiting systems, project and change management Embossed service orientation, communication strength and sensitivity in dealing with different stakeholders Analytical thinking, safe handling of MS Office and high digital affinity desirable
