Full time (40 hours)

They are the link between our customers and partners from industry Collection and processing of orders and close cooperation with the external service officer expertly competent advice from the customer on the phone and with us on site Offer creation as well as independent follow-up Close cooperation with all internal interfaces (logistics, warehouse, shipping and receipt of goods) Advertising management

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a wholesaler and foreign trader (m/w/d), office businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable professional career with first practical experience Self-employed and structured working methods, organisational and communication strength Friendly and safe occurrence, especially on the phone Safe handling of customers in personal contact Problem solving capability and flexibility combined with hands-on mentality Basic technical understanding as a basis for our training
