Bachelor's degree in climate adaptation, environmental or sustainability sciences, in an area of engineering close to the natural sciences, e.g. environmental engineering, or in a comparable discipline Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation with different actors Teamability, self-initiative, organisational capacity and structured, self-responsible, analytical and organised working methods and a cooperative working style good oral and written expressability and communication skills professional and personal commitment to climate protection and adaptation Screenability The following are also desirable: Knowledge of geography, climate protection, botany, urban and landscape planning first professional experience in (strategic) climate adaptation, climate ecology (urban climate) and project management, as far as possible at municipal level Knowledge of geoinformation systems (GIS), climate and geodata analysis, WebGIS, experience in the field of air and satellite image evaluation Experiences in the field of civil information, event management, above-average commitment and willingness to contribute to an existing team very good knowledge of MS Office and software for geodata processing
