As part of your activity, you are responsible for the establishment and continuous development of standard protocols for cell-biological workflows. Take over the acceptance, output, distribution, processing, storage and biobanking and the professional disposal of test samples and biomaterials – always in compliance with existing hygiene and disinfection standards. They conduct biochemical and molecular biological analyses independently, including transfections, RNA and DNA extractions, Western blots and quantitative and digital PCR processes. In addition, you are entrusted with the preparation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, documentation and reprocessing of laboratory and laboratory analyses. Your further tasks include general laboratory activities. They implement quality assurance and control measures and thus contribute significantly to high scientific standards. Another focus of your activity is the development of new analytical methods in the field of experimental mass spectrometry. These include, among other things, sample preparation, analysis, analysis of the data obtained and their careful documentation. As part of scientific projects, you can also apply LC-MS/MS technology in a targeted and competent manner.
