In the German market, the ''Hochvolt & Technik'' team is responsible for training activities in the technical field - online, in the blended learning approach or in presence on site. Our department operates in close cooperation with international colleagues and offers insights into the international concept development and its implementation in other markets in addition to the product portfolio in Germany. These challenges include: Active support in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of a national event with a total of 3,000 participants designing and detailed design of the programme Room and graphic design suitable for corporate design Integration of digital elements Organization and control of various structures Accompanying participants on site during the event

Participation in the planning, organization, implementation and follow-up of training Participation in the implementation of training concepts and projects Preparation of Management Presentations and Reportings Support in the preparation and implementation of team events The activity can start from October 2026.

Business Administration, Event Management, Communication Sciences or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Personal skills: Analytical way of thinking and strategic working, high commitment and team capacity, quick understanding and self-responsibility work, pronounced communication strength, creativity Experience in the field of event organization and/or training is desirable driving licence class B Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
