Control of the entire recruiting process for our stores and retail management – from demand analysis to successful occupation Close cooperation with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders to define personnel needs and develop market-oriented recruiting strategies Designing an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the application process Coordination with relevant P&O areas, such as contract creation, documentation and smooth onboarding processes Further development of our recruiting processes, tools and reporting with a view to scalability and efficiency in the retail environment

At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in the retail environment Safe handling of high-volume, fast-paced hiring requirements Found experience in Active Sourcing and professional interview management Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills Good knowledge of HR processes – from work contracts to onboarding standards Very good knowledge of German; English skills are a plus
