In your function, you will report to the local management and control the daily goods business on our sales areas within the collection and delivery business. This includes: You support the local management in achieving the economic performance indicators, evaluate them and implement appropriate measures You ensure the highest level of sales readiness and align the operation according to regional conditions and trends You lead and promote your employees and motivate them to the best services daily You coordinate the use of the market team with the support of team management to achieve the best possible productivity and take over sales area planning You manage the personnel resources, warehouses and processes in the goods delivery to our customers and, in cooperation with the delivery manager, ensure optimal utilization of the fleet You maintain profitable customer contacts in the market You ensure operational safety and compliance with statutory requirements

Completed commercial training in the food industry, preferably in large or large Retail trade Multiannual professional experience as market management, branch management, department management or team management in food trade Structured and efficient operation Enforced personality with a motivating and cooperative leadership style as well as decision strength and performance orientation Good knowledge of the standard office programs
