Head of Accounting - Financial Accounting / HGB (m/f/d)

You guide the accounting team with 5 employees professionally and disciplinefully You ensure a proper, precise and timely accounting of all business incidents You are responsible for creating monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for several companies You analyze and control balance sheet and GuV accounts and correctly map complex facts about trade and tax law You are the central contact person for auditors:inside - from ongoing vote to final examination You report directly to the Management Board and actively participate in the further development of processes and digitization projects

You have a completed training in the field of financial accounting (e.g. as a tax specialist:r or account holder:in) or a study in the field of BWL / Finance / Taxes with a focus on accounting You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting - ideally in a medium-sized environment You have several years of experience in team leadership: You motivate people, transfer responsibility and promote strong cooperation You have very good knowledge of HGB accounting and are safe to handle DATEV accounting and MS Office, especially Excel You work analytically and pay-oriented - structured, solution-oriented and reliable You are an integrative personality with strong communication strength and actively live cooperation
