General office organization – correspondence, emails and telephone calls Support of construction management in the daily construction site organization Contractor management Date management – coordination with construction managers, subcontractors, customers and authorities Documentation – Support of construction management in the organisational process Quality management – preparation and documentation of final collection Support and organisation of defect management

Completed commercial training First professional experience in construction, real estate or project processing is desirable Interest in construction and organizational tasks Safe handling of current MS Office applications Communication strength, organisational skills and a binding occurrence Class B driving licence
