Discipline management of a team of SAP specialists in Germany, expert management of SAP specialists internationally Control of key users and external service providers in the SAP application and base area Responsibility for the introduction, maintenance and further development of the SAP processes and modules used (MM, PP, SD, WM, FI, CO, HR, QM, PM) Takeover of global governance and coordination of change, incident and problem management in the SAP environment Development of a strategic roadmap for the successful and targeted development of the SAP environment Close cooperation with the departments to meet requirements and translate them into SAP solutions Active participation and control of the international S/4HANA migration project Responsibility for governance, security and permission concepts in the SAP environment Membership of the IT leadership team with direct reporting line to the Head of Global IT

Founded professional experience in SAP Application Management in the production/industrial environment Advanced knowledge of SAP technologies and experience in the implementation of ERP, ideally S/4 HANA incl. FIORI, ABAP, Adobe Forms, SAP BTP Detectable experience in international SAP projects and transformations, preferably S/4HANA Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as leadership experience or detectable leadership skills 10-20% readiness to travel abroad Very good knowledge of German and English
