Rent management is concerned, among other things, with the implementation and application of rental levels, which are central to more than 500,000 apartments in our stock in Germany. In the team we are concerned to answer customer requests for modernization or rental adjustments to the comparison rental of the respective city service-oriented. In close cooperation with our regional locations, we check the equipment data of the apartments and explain our tenants:inside the rental developments.

From Day 1: You are an important part of Vonovia by entering your own real estate portfolio and are the first respondent to the requests of our customers: Teamwork: Work hand in hand with regional branches and the team rent calculation at the Bochum site to accompany new rental levels and to accompany voting dates and reporting on current cases Manage legal transactions: You accompany legal transactions and the processing of lease adjustments to completion and can thus directly influence the performance of a DAX group

You have completed a training - ideally as a real estate businesswoman:mann or with a legal background First professional experience in the real estate sector is of advantage, but no need - you have already dealt with the right to rent and are you willing to process various customer requests? Then you're right here! You are service-oriented – the customer is in the first place. Your high level of empathy, the ability to communicate according to target groups and your pronounced solution orientation make you the perfect addition to our team Good knowledge of MS-Office completes your profile – in addition, first knowledge of SAP-RE is of advantage, but are not a must – we will gladly teach you the necessary knowledge
