We are a software development team for the Software & Hardware Framework at the Aalen site and are looking for support through a "Software Architect (w/m/d)" as soon as possible. Our product is a software platform that is to be used cross-section in all new products.

Your duties

Conception, development and maintenance of a cross-average software platform Requirements analysis, specification and development of software architecture Strategic development of the platform and associated development processes Support for other development teams in designing and using the software platform Development in C++ and optionally Rust and TypeScript under Linux Use of modern software technologies (git, Atlassian Tools, CMake, buildroot, Containerization, ...) Agile planning and implementation of software development (SCRUM) Use and Extension of CI/CD Pipeline

Your profile

Complete studies in computer science or comparable studies focusing on software development Multiannual professional experience as software architect Very good knowledge in programming (at least C++11) Knowledge of Buildroot, Docker or Xilinx beneficial Knowledge of agile development methods Team player with strong social competence and enthusiasm Analytical thinking and willingness to take ownership Good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German
