Employee in technical internal sales for an IT service provider (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our customers and are available by phone and email with advice and action In addition, you will be responsible for the complete order processing - from the offer creation via the order acceptance to the invoice presentation and keep the entire process in mind by ensuring a smooth process You support our external service team in all matters and coordinate orders and delivery dates in close coordination with all specialist departments Furthermore, you document new and existing functionalities and enable our customers to efficiently use our products

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial merchant, merchant/wife for wholesale and foreign trade management) or a comparable qualification First experience in the sales service or customer service - ideally in the technical environment or public transport - complete your profile In addition, you have a good understanding for systemological relationships and perform service-oriented and secure in customer contact You are routined with MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) and have ideally already worked with ERP systems You will also be prepared to work on new topics, build your own skills and take responsibility Lastly, you are characterized by an independent and structured way of working
