In Hamburg, we are looking for a full-time and unlimited team management for the Operation (m/w/d) division for our Operations, Project & Process Management department at the next possible time Professional and disciplinary responsibility for a currently 19-member team, in particular control of deployment and task planning Active cooperation in the operating business, in particular in the telephone customer service and the handling of documents Responsibility for the management and implementation of the annual collection Analysis, optimization and further development of the organisation of the structure and process Co-operation on projects and – depending on the experience – takeover of project and subproject management Promoting an open, value-adding and performance-oriented team culture

You have a training as a specialist for insurance and finance, or at least Merchant for insurance and finance successfully completed You already have several years of experience in insurance operations or distribution, ideally you already have experience in leading teams and in the field of customer management/stock management in the material/composite division Teamwork, mutual support and trusting cooperation in daily work are of course for you We value our own initiative and commitment. New ideas that make our workflows more effective for the customer are always welcome Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP are desirable
